Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Conditions for Research Compound Vials
All biochemical vials are shipped securely to preserve product integrity. While biochemicals are stable at room temperature for short periods, we recommend prompt refrigeration upon delivery per product guidelines.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged items and packaging
We will investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is warranted.
