Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the sensitive, regulated, and perishable nature of our research-grade biochemical vials, all sales are final once a product has been shipped.
All Sales Are Final
– We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
– If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at customerservice@infinitypower.online.
Include the following:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess your request and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases– We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items not reported within 7 days of delivery
- Opened, used, or tampered vials
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
Product Integrity
– Our products are research-grade only, and each batch is tested for quality and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA). We maintain strict quality control and regulatory compliance.
